Insurance Participation
Associates in Behavioral Health Care is a participating provider for the following:
- Highmark - BC/BS
- UPMC, UMPC for Kids (we are not a participating provider with UPMC for You)
Out of network care can be provided to patients who have insurance coverage through other providers, though full payment will be expected at the time of each office visit. An itemized receipt will be given to the patient (or parent/legal gaurdian) for each paid service to assist in reimbursement from the patient's insurance provider to reimburse the patient (or parent/legal guardian). Please contact your insurance provider to understand your policy benefits prior to contacting the office.
Patients without insurance coverage and patients who do not wish to use their insurance coverage can also be seen, though full payment for services rendered will be expected at the time of each office visit.
Payment
Payment of co-pays/out of pocket fees are due at the time of the appointment.
Major credit cards are accepted, Check and Cash (please have exact amount).
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a fee.
